Terms & Conditions

- Parent/carers must stay with their child for the full session (2 to 5 year old literacy and numeracy classes) and are fully responsible for their child at this time. Children must be supervised at all times.

- Where parents/carers are dropping their children off for a session (tutoring or primary after school club) they must ensure that children are dropped off and collected by someone over the age of 16.

- Payments will be returned if a class must be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

- Little Bears Phonics or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.

- Little Bears Phonics reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.

- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up to date should this change by emailing us at littlebearsphonics@hotmail.com

- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up to date should this change using the given email address.

- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.

- You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

- We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.

- If there are any sessions cancelled due to bad weather, Little Bears Phonics will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded. 

- Anyone attending Little Bears Phonics cannot use the Little Bears Phonics Scheme and content for similar businesses. Resources and items purchased from Little Bears Phonics are for personal use only and not commercial use or for distribution to competitive groups.
